Toya Michelle and I attended The Balvenie Master Class tasting which was held at Virgin Hotel hosted by Brand Ambassador Johnathan Wingo we sipped on handcrafted whisky and savory accompaniments.  While tasting the Balvenie 15 Single Barrel Sherry Cask, 17 Doublewood and 21 Portwood we were able to ask questions regarding the entire process that the whisky goes through and learn a bit of its history as well.
