The 3rd Annual Hyde Park Brew Fest

June 7, 2016

The 3rd Annual Hyde Park Brew Fest which took place in the heart of Hyde Park in Harper’s Court keeps getting bigger and better!  Although I am not a beer drinker, I truly enjoyed the various ciders available, food, merchandise and AMAZING entertainment. And how can I forget the sangria in the main booth?  It was one of the best I have ever had!

When I got there I told myself I would only stay a couple of hours!  HA!  Who was I fooling? After my photo shoot that the always smiling Tenille Jackson and I had, I ran into so many friends I had not seen in a minute, too many to name, but let’s just say after chatting and dancing, I shut the fest down the first day not getting home until well after 10PM!

Produced by Eat, Drink & Be Events, Kimbark Beverage Shoppe and the Hyde Park Chamber of Commerce, there were several beer producers and retailers featured. Over forty-five brewers including Ale Syndicate, Citizen Cider, Vice District, Old Town Abbey, Brooklyn Brewing, Cahoots and Samuel Adams were among the vendors.

Citizen Cider was one of my favorites! Especially the one that had ginger in it.
