Hmmm let’s see luxury cars, wine, music, and delectable bites prepared by one of my favorite chef’s?! Yep count me in!
This Lexus Uncorked was held at the eclectic Moonlight Studios which is located in the West Loop, this venue is HUGE and quite unique. It is a very versatile space for that special event or production. I’ve been here several times and each time the venue takes on a different, unique look and feel!
I arrived at the beginning of the event because I knew I didn’t want to miss a minute of anything and everything that was going to be happening on this night! Chef Julius owner of A Tale of Two Chefs, is my fave, did I say that already… Oh well!!! So, he kicked off his cooking segment introduction explaining his reason for each dish he was presenting and their significance. I truly enjoyed hearing his introduction and I was excited to learn that he was presenting one of my favorite dishes he makes! Everything that I have tasted that he has made can be summed up into one word….DEEEEEELISH!!! (yep, that’s a foodie word). Each course was paired with the appropriate red or white wine, and I along with all the other guest enjoyed each and every course and pairing! Like I mentioned before, there were cars and a music, so as I along with the other guests were served the various dishes, a dj kept us dancing and mingling and viewing the new car line up that Lexus has to offer.
Let me tell ya this, Chef Julius does these AWESOME pop up dining experiences that are not to be missed! Check out the link for the upcoming one on Saturday, November 7th!
