This Father’s Day, show the dad in your life your appreciation with tickets to #Whiskeybythewater at South Shore Cultural Center! I attended this excellent event last year and not only was the brunch portion family friendly but the Dads seemed to be having a great time! I mean c’mon who would not enjoy exploring Bourbons, Scotches, and Whiskies on Fathers Day along the beautiful Chicago Lakefront?! Some of the guys took to the back and smoked their cigars and chatted it up.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit The DoveTail Project. The mission of The Dovetail Project is to teach young fathers, the parenting and life skills that will empower them to be better fathers to their children; to give them the tools and resources to establish and strengthen their parental (in most cases, non-custodial) relationships; and to encourage them to own responsibility for the emotional and economic viability of their families.

Brunch is open to attendees of any age. The tasting area will be limited to those who are 21 years or older and have purchased the appropriate ticket.
