Not familiar with Chef Julius and his infamous pop ups? Where on earth have you been?! No worries I am here to share with you my recent experience at The SOLD OUT Pop Up Holiday Bash which happened to be their 22nd one! Held at a new venue located at 8A5E (BASE) – 1200 W. 35th Street an edgy loft space welcomed guests with smooth tunes and wine to sip on as we caught up with many of the guests because many of the attendees are regulars to Chef Julius’s pop ups! Buckle up and get comfortable and I hope you are hungry because you will leave this article FULL or starving! This was as usual a FABULOUS evening of food, wine and fellowship!
Chef Julius has been featured on The View, The Chicago Tribune, BET Networks, WGN, ABC, NBC, N’Digo, MetroMix, Red Eye, NBC’s iVillage “In the Loop”, Evanston Now, UPTOWN Magazine, TimeOut Magazine and Chicago Sun-Times. A Tale of Two Chefs was recently voted “Best Caterer” 2012 for UPTOWN Magazine’s “Best Of Issue”.
